One Day Workshop On Management Protocols On Facial Rejuvenation Organized At Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital

Dehradun. 16 December 2022. A One Day Workshop on updated management protocols in facial rejuvenation was organized by Department of Dermatology (Skin) of Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital. This workshop was an academic fest for the medical students particularly for the P.G. students of dermatology and practicing dermatologists. The main objective of workshop was to express ideas and share knowledge on recent management protocols in facial rejuvenation. Another objective of the workshop was to update all the attendees with the most modern research being conducted the world over in the discipline of dermatology pertaining to facial rejuvenation. 

The delegates from other disciplines like plastic surgery and medicine also participated in the workshop to dissipate knowledge in concern with their disciplines about facial rejuvenation.

This training workshop was conducted under the supervision of Professor & Head, Deptt. of Dermatology , Dr. S.D.S. Rawat, Prof. Dr. Neeti Kumari, Prof. Dr. Neenu Kaul & Dr. Gaurav Nakra. Dr. Gaurav Nakra, an eminent practicing dermatologist and cosmetologist from Karkardooma, New Delhi, who provided practical instructions on the use of dermal filters in the mid top lower face with expert monitoring on injection technique and understanding of patient treatment goals. Eminent dermatologist from reputed medical institutions from A.I.I.M.S., Rishikesh , Subharti Medical College, Doon Medical College , Himalayan Institute of  Medical Sciences, Jolly Grant, etc. attended the workshop and shared their knowledge . The workshop was attended by more than 50 dermatologists and medical students. The workshop served as a unique platform for the practicing dermatologist, medical students and in particular P.G. students of dermatology to understand updated management protocols in facial rejuvenation thus, benefiting the patients.
